SGLBA’S networking brunch
If you ever needed an excuse to get out of bed on a Saturday this is it. A fabulous French brunch to tuck into whilst listening to inspirational women talk about their achievements and how you can be your best in your career. This is a fantastic opportunity to network and chat in a brunch setting over some truly decadent and delicious fayre.
After a sell-out launch event, Networking Women returns with The Brunch – featuring special guest speaker, Andrea Horton. A well-known advertising industry maverick, Andrea is the Co-founding Director of Mighty Mighty and one of the most accomplished networkers in the business. In addition to talking about her successful career, Andrea will give guests some inspiring insights into the art of self-promotion.
The Brunch will take place at Claire’s Kitchen at le Salon, exclusively occupying the entire restaurant and offering a gorgeous French menu. On arrival, guests will enjoy a mimosa and fresh fruit brochettes with lime and chilli glaze, yoghurt panna cotta and toasted granola, followed by eggs benedict with home-cured Atlantic salmon, spinach and brioche.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a French affair without decadent desserts, so naturally, the menu is capped off with a selection of mini treats, including almond croissant, coffee éclair, and crème Brulee, French macaron, chocolate mousse cup, lemon meringue tart and cupcakes. Every guest will also take home a high-end gift bag with delightful goodies.
