Wedding and commitment ring company Mondial advocates for LGBT equality
Mondial’s Eternal collection of wedding and commitment rings will launch an advertising campaign titled ‘All Love is Equal’ featuring real Australian same-sex couples.
The campaign will first appear in GQ on August 31, followed by Harpers Bazaar Bridal on October 1. The couples Allison and Stacey and Trevor and Stuart (with their daughter Lola) are unofficially set to become the face of marriage equality in Australia.
The Creative Director of the Mondial Jewellery Group, Nadia Neuman, commented, “All love is equal so I see no reason why marriage is not an equal right offered in Australia. I am hoping the ‘All Love is Equal’ campaign will strike a chord in the hearts of Australians and have them further recognise that a couple in love is not always made up of a man and woman.”
Mondial has been making rings for same-sex couples for many years and publicly showed its support of Australian Marriage Equality in 2014 with the launch of the Mondial Marriage Equality ring, making it the first Australian luxury jewellery brand to promote the cause actively. The ‘All Love is Equal’ campaign reinforces the brand’s position.
A couple – Natalie and Amanda – have expressed their gratitude on the website. “As a same-sex couple, having someone who understood our relationship and the importance of our commitment to one another made for the perfect experience.”
