One of the highest-rated hotels on TripAdvisor announced today it is undertaking two new initiatives.
Los Altos de Eros Boutique Hotel and Spa is changing its format to Luxury All-Inclusive; and, it is beginning to aggressively promote the hotel to the multi-billion dollar L&G travel community.
Los Altos de Eros, which translated means ‘The Heights of Love’ was built in 2004-2005, and from the start was recognized with international awards for outstanding service, luxury, romance, and for the spa, named Spa de Eros. The property sits on top of a small mountain set back about five miles from the Pacific Ocean.
The magnificent views sweep over the forest out to the ocean, and the area teems with monkeys, exotic wildlife, and tropical birds. The 21-acre estate is very well maintained. In making the announcement about going “Luxury All-Inclusive”, Marketing Director Nicole Loria said it was a natural move that reflected the desires of the guests that stay in the hotel.
The hotel solicits guests who have a ‘Smile on their lips and a song in their heart’. According to Nicole, the numerous L&G ‘partners’ who have stayed here are among the nicest group of people on earth. “We want more really happy pleasant guests like them, so we’re going after that segment with a lot of love in our hearts”, said Loria.
These represent major focus changes for the hotel after 10 years of successful operations, and Los Altos de Eros Boutique Hotel and Spa will be a dominant player in these new arenas.
