Sydney Gay & Lesbian Business Association Inc. (SGLBA) Networking Women group announced an exciting event at a brand new venue on Saturday, May 31
After a run of successful events in 2013, Networking Women returns at a brand new venue to hold a ‘women in the business showcase. In the lush surroundings of the Carlisle Bar (home of Gush, the fab new LGBT hotspot), a night will unfold unlike no other business networking event.
Throughout The Showcase, canapés circling on trays, the art on the walls and even the dancers on stage will all be part of an interactive networking experience – provided by savvy women who run their successful businesses.
Our featured guests for the evening include contemporary artist Kylie Hoy, the fabulous Studio Verve pole fitness dancers and girl-about-town Nikki Faccin from Facch’s Fine Foods. We even have an exciting surprise guest appearance to be revealed on the night!
Of course, our fabulous Schmooze Squad will once again be in place to greet guests at the door, hand them a drink on arrival and introduce all of our gorgeous guests to each other.
When the main event concludes at 9.30 pm, Networking Women will have exclusive use of the incredible VIP bar for as long as they can stay on their feet! Networking Women events sell out, so guests are encouraged not to delay their purchase.

Networking Women was developed by the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Business Association in 2013 to strengthen women’s involvement in the organisation, provide meaningful business and social events, and facilitate inspirational connections.
With several sell-out events to its credit, ranging from cocktail parties to brunches and fundraisers, it’s clear that Networking Women fulfils an essential need within the business community.
