With beaming PRIDE and excitement, The Glamazon All Stars return in 2014 with a politically topical message: TO RUSSIA WITH LOVE

Following the news many months ago of anti-gay propaganda and torment of our community in Russia, it seemed only fitting that the Glamazonz take a stand at the 2014 Mardi Gras parade against this persecution, not only in Russia but in nearly 80 other countries around the world.

Back in 2012 the group received much praise with the production of their float, paying tribute to the icon of Wonder Woman whose message is of: Love, Unity, Valour, Equality.

Just over 150 participants joined this float, dancing and sparkling up Oxford St as they paid homage to Wonder Woman with media attention from The Morning Show, The Project and various print media.

Prior to this, Glamazon organisers were team members of memorable parade entries including: George Michael (2010), The Freemasons – Nations United Through Music (2009), Divas Through the Decades (2008) and Kylie’s Impossible Princesses (2007).

Now is the time to join this exciting and vibrant group as there are limited places available before they commence rehearsals in the coming weeks.
