The story is, Swift fell in love with Tegan and Sara’s song “Closer,” which plays on the trailer for G.B.F. If we asked you to look at every gay-activist petition on the Internet, you’d never leave your computer, but this heartfelt letter from Italian Nobel Prize winner Dario Fo to Guido Barilla asking him to make a commercial featuring LGBT families is worth a special mention. Beautifully penned (or keyed), this petition isn’t accepting Barilla’s apologies so far and will accept nothing less than a queer-friendly commercial as amends.
